Can I set my lights to an automatic schedule?
Our lighting system gives you the flexibility to create a schedule for specific times and dates. You can turn on your Christmas preset at 4 p.m. and set it automatically turn off at 12 a.m. every Christmas for the year after year. You can start and end times with the natural transitions of sunrise and sunset in your area, adapting to the changing seasons. No matter the occasion, your custom designed schedule will operate flawlessly without requiring constant attention.
Can the lights be integrated with my smart home service?

How do I control the lights?
Our system offers flexible control using a user-friendly app compatible with both Android and iOS devices, available for free download and use. If you don't want to use a smart device, you can manage the system through a user friendly web portal accessible from any web browser.
Do I need to be at home to control the lights?
You do not need to be at home. Our system is cloud-based, meaning you can control your lights from anywhere provided you have internet access.
How long do the permanent lighting bulbs last?
The LED bulb packs an impressive lifespan of 50,000 hours. Under average usage, this means our lighting system can last up to 25 years..
Can the bulbs be replaced?
You can replace the bulbs. Home One offers replacement bulbs, homeowners can easily install the bulbs on their own or call for professional assistance.
Can permanent lighting be installed in areas other than the trim line of my home?
Absolutely! Our permanent lighting system is versatile and can be installed in many creative spaces, including decks, railings, stairs, gazebos, pool decks, garages, and sheds. The possibilities are endless!

Installation
How much does permanent lighting cost?
The primary cost factor depends on the total linear footage of lighting required for installation. Each house poses unique installation challenges, a one-size-fits-all cost estimate isn't feasible. Our estimates come at no charge, and in some cases, we can obtain the necessary measurements using Google Maps. This speeds up the estimation process, allowing us to provide prompt service.
How long does the installation take?
For an average-sized home, our experienced installers can typically complete the installation of your permanent lighting system in less than one day. Sometimes larger homes with complexities like multiple stories, difficult-to-reach areas, that require lifts may require extended installation times.
